Customers may cancel their orders before shipment.

Cancellation Rules

1. Before Shipment: Full Refund
2. After Shipment: Cancellation unavailable; return may be requested if eligible.

Refunds for cancelled orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

Vedancia reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.
