  4. Include tags and accessories
  5. Include purchase invoice

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  2. Personal care items
  3. Innerwear
  4. Customized products
  5. Gift cards
  6. Perishable grocery items
  7. Downloadable digital products

Return Procedure

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Visit My Orders.
  3. Select the product.
  4. Click Return.
  5. Choose a reason.
  6. Schedule pickup.

Once the returned item passes inspection, your refund or replacement will be initiated.
